Inspiration

Jesus calls the first disciples not with lofty speeches, but with a simple invitation: “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” (Matthew 4:19) They drop their nets and follow, not knowing the path ahead, only the One who called them.

This painting reminds us that the call to follow still echoes today. It’s not reserved for the qualified, the perfect, or the prepared. It’s for the willing. Jesus still walks along the shorelines of our lives, asking us to leave behind what we cling to and trust Him with what’s next. The mission is the same and so is the invitation.
