Refund policy

Damaged or Incorrect Products

We want every piece to arrive in perfect condition. If your artwork arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent, we’ll make it right. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@saltandlightart.com Make sure to include the following:

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or issue
  • Images of the packaging
  • Your order number and full name

Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed the issue, we’ll send out a replacement free of charge. In some cases, we may request that the original item be returned to us — this will be at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each artwork is custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we do offer returns or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong size, frame, or artwork

If either applies, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds – What to Expect

If a refund has been approved (such as for a damaged or incorrect item), please allow time for the refund to process.

Here’s what to do if it hasn’t arrived:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days for the refund to appear.
  3. If you’re still unsure, please email us at info@saltandlightart.com.

Order Timeline

Each artwork is made just for you. Here’s how the process works:

  1. You place your order
  2. Processing time: 2–5 business days to print and prepare your piece
  3. Shipping time: 3–5 business days and a tracking number will be emailed once shipped

If it’s been more than 10 business days and your order hasn’t arrived, feel free to contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Please email us immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our best, but once your artwork enters production, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Entered the wrong address? Let us know at info@saltandlightart.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it.

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. Salt and Light Art is not liable for orders lost due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
